Last night Toronto Fashion Week had its soft start off-site. 99 Sudbury opened her doors to the usual crew as we filled the pretty plastic chairs to watch an hour-long procession of Wesley Badanjak‘s blood, sweat and… silk! The BASCH IT UP competition finalists were also included in the evening’s festivities. I decided to do like a baguette aesthetic for TFW’s inauguration. Beret, velvet blazer, geometric knit turtleneck, tuxedo pants and a fur stole. I was something of Julia Roberts in Woody Allen’s Everyone Says I love You when she arrives at his garret in Paris only to discover that he lied about eating snails by the moonlight and using a PC. I added a touch of Eurotrash with the green skull Toy Watch, but of course.
